Amanda Mace
Vice President, Australasia for GrackleDocs
Amanda is a Subject Matter Expert in Digital Accessibility with more than 12 years of experience in the industry and a Certified Professional with the Australian Computer Society (ACS). As Vice President, she manages the Australasia office for GrackleDocs and the audit team, which is responsible for manual WCAG audits for our clients. She serves as W3C Australian Chapter manager, co-chair OZeWAI (Australian Web Accessibility Initiative) and leads the Perth Digital Accessibility Group.
Over the years, she has contributed to accessibility education through several publications, including co-authoring a book chapter in Web Accessibility: A Foundation for Research and a white paper titled Digital Accessibility: Perceptions, Expectations, and Reality.

Dr Scott Hollier
CEO of Centre for Accessibility Australia
Scott Hollier specialises in the field of digital accessibility, and has a PhD in Internet Studies, a Master of Management, and senior management experience across the not-for-profit, corporate and Government sectors. Scott also holds academic positions at Edith Cowan University and the University of South Australia and is an Invited Expert for the W3C Accessible Platform Architectures Research Questions Task Force. Scott has a lived experience of disability as a person who is legally blind, and as such has both a professional and personal understanding of the importance of accessibility.
Claudia De Los Rios Perez

Growing up in a family where disabilities and different conditions were part of everyday life, Claudia developed a deep understanding of how digital experiences could either empower or exclude. That early exposure sparked a curiosity that led her to pursue a PhD in digital accessibility, focusing on how technology can be designed to include everyone. She is passionate about making the world more inclusive and supporting others in creating digital content and experiences that work for all — regardless of their abilities or how they access information.

Vithya Vijayakumare
Senior Digital Accessibility Specialist at VisAbility
Vithya Vijayakumare is the Senior Digital Accessibility Specialist at VisAbility, an organisation dedicated to empowering people with low or no vision. With over 10 years of experience, Vithya ensures that digital content and publications—including websites, social media, audio, video, and documents, are accessible to everyone through her workshops, projects, advocacy and consultancy work.
In 2023, she was honoured as the “Accessibility Advocate of the Year” and inducted into the Hall of Fame at the prestigious Australian Access Awards, in recognition of her significant contributions to promoting digital accessibility and inclusion.
Vithya holds a Professional Certification in Web Accessibility from the University of South Australia and Masters of Innovative Technology from Edith Cowan University (ECU). Currently, she is an active committee member of the Perth Web Accessibility Camp (PWAC) and is part of the working group that developed the guidelines for Producing accessible eText and Graphics for the Round Table on Information Access for People with Print Disabilities. Vithya is also actively researching innovative solutions in three-dimensional (3D) sound to enhance accessibility and is exploring new ways to make information readily available for everyone.

Anas Abdulrahiman
Anas is a ‘Designpreneur’ who is passionate about building delightful experiences for all users of digital products and services. He holds a Master’s degree in Product Design, a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, and a Diploma in Cybersecurity.
As a hobby, Anas loves writing blog posts and volunteers with non-profits handling their brand image on social media, and websites. He designed the logo and branding for Perth Digital A11y Group (2025). Other notable branding work includes projects for the Department of Design and Manufacturing (2024) at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore; JEEViKA (2023), a Women’s Self Help Group under the Government of Bihar (India); and Cyberpark Kozhikode (2008) under the Government of Kerala (India).
Anas is a creative thinker who believes in the “Democracy of Experiences.” He advocates for accessibility as a core value, not a feature, ensuring that digital spaces are welcoming to everyone. Nowadays, he is on a mission to educate people on how to stay safe online and helps organizations strengthen their cybersecurity posture.
